Facial fillers can fall primarily into two categories:  firm or flexible 

 

Firm:

• Radiesse- the thickest filler in stock to provide the most amount of volume for very deficient areas or patients with thicker skin

• Restylane Lyft- a hyaluronic acid (HA) filler with the highest stiffness score of all the HA fillers

• Restylane-L- a medium thickness HA filler that is an excellent option for treatment of the under-eye hollows

 

Flexible:

• Juvederm Voluma - a thicker, flexible HA filler placed in deeper area of the skin to restore moderate to severe volume loss 

• Restylane Defyne - a thicker, flexible HA filler with more structure to restore moderate to severe volume loss 

• Restylane Kysse - an excellent flexible HA filler indicated for restoring lip volume and shape

• Restylane Refyne - a very thin, flexible HA filler for fine lines and wrinkles that can be place more superficially to visibly erase wrinkles

Collagen Stimulators

 

Radiesse - a unique filler not part of the hyaluronic acid family of fillers.  This filler is made from calcium hydroxide and restores volume immediately as well as stimulates collagen over time leading to longer lasting results with improved skin tone and texture

 

Sculptra - Designed to help stimulate collagen growth, this product uses a synthetic called poly-L-lactic acid that does not restore volume immediately but rather stimulates your body to build collagen overtime for a natural, healthy glow.
